Just Love The Food

The meats that I had were the bomb. I had the beans that were tasty and dynamic. But that potato salad was watering, no flavor and the dirty rice had no flavor. But those ribs and slices of brisket were amazing. My first time visiting. The people were ok. But they could actually be more polite. It was like ok what u want no enthusiasm or nothing.

Prepare and serve the food and everything that
goes with it including the drinks. I have been coming here for years and it gets better and better. The Ribs oh my god delicious, seasoning wow, Brisket to
dye for, Sausage wow, Baked potato with all the
fixings, you name it all delicious. Whatever you get
It's worth it. So whomever buys from this. Restaurant should always give a five star. Just writing this makes me hungry🌹â¤ï¸

I was in Burns and they have signs everywhere requesting everyone to wear a face mask. The customers all had on face masks, however, the employees face masks were not in compliance with guidelines. They were below their noses or on mouths.
The cashier was so very rude. I was standing waiting..I thought..to give my order. She flatly ignored me even when I inquired about ordering. She finally looked past me to a lady that had just walked up and asked her if she was ready to order. The woman really didn't answer. That's when I asked again about ordering. This time she grudgingly took my order. I always polite and courteous toward her. Unfortunately, I can't say the same about her.
I must admit this is the first time I've encountered rudeness at Burns. Generally the are polite.

Today, I purchased a dinner meal. The barbecue rib dinner was so delicious and your staff was superb. This was my first visit to your establishment and I would highly recommend your service excellent.
I understand we all are social distancing and wearing mask for our safety and health.
The officer you have working for you was very rude to your customers and he had a confrontation with a customer that just asked a question...he talked to her so bad I was embarrassed for her the way he talked to her.
I truly hope he don't run off your customers with his bad attitude. We all are just trying to support our black business in the neighborhood. I will look forward to coming back again. Again, thank you and your barbecue is the best I've eaten.
