The newly renamed Noodle House offers delicious Bun Bo Hue that is authentic and flavorful, with a warning that the chili paste packs quite a spicy punch. The friendly staff and outstanding beef lemongrass broth make it a standout dining option that I look forward to revisiting. I'm excited to try their dumplings and explore the upcoming lunch menu, as the recent changes under new management have truly impressed me.
