When I ordered over the phone, the guy was super friendly and took his time with my order. Even when they didn't have what I wanted, he helped me find something similar. The place gets really busy on weekends, so make sure to call ahead for takeout. The pupusas are fantastic, especially the pork and cheese ones. It's a family-owned spot with delicious food, and the service is welcoming.
