My favorite lunch spot serves the best spring rolls I've ever had, with quick service and reasonable prices. The atmosphere is usually quiet, the food is great, but the service could be more attentive. The hours can be a bit different than what's online, but they were still happy to serve us when we arrived close to closing time.
