I don't know if this company hires their own family but the employees are very rude and disrespectful. When they are told they made an order wrong they get upset and says if you don't like the food don't come back. Some customer service. The manager Lori got upset and retaliated because I put a bad review on them in the past but if the food was not up to part it is my duty to be honest with my review so other people won't make the mistake and go to that restaurant. Why when I decide to give them another try she recognizes me and starts being nasty right away. Then when my order didn't have the hash browns (as stated on the menu) I told her and she says that I've already put a bad review on them once, why did I even come back after I said I wouldn't in my last review? When I asked for the owner she says I am not welcome to come back to this restaurant. My family also thought her attitude was really bad. If the owner is reading this review, please reach out to me sir because your employees are refusing to allow me to speak to you regarding this experience. Sad that people have to act like this at someone else's business, these kind of individuals are bad for your business cause what will they do to someone's food in an act of retaliation??

Went to eat Sunday march 20 , I have eaten there a lot, I love there food , but the service was so bad , My husband and I went there with my son and his family, we paid with 2 separate tabs but because we were sitting at the same table they charged us 20% appreciation fee "tips"which is only changed to 5 people or more but my son was also charged the 20% but the sad part is this waitress made a mistake on one of the orders and still argued that we had to pay for it ,so my daughter in law had to eat something she didn't want then she brought out my husbands food literally refrigerated cold and not even complete, I worked as a waitress in my younger years and the service there was lacking experience and hospitality , restaurant don't understand that food and service go hand in hand, and I feel I don't have be obligated to pay tips on bad service

My self and my wife along with another couple / our best friends , we were trying to fine a different restaurant to eat . My buddy Willie told us about the I-45 Diner - Your diner was very clean and the food was out of this world .
I think we will be new customers for your diner . Every thing was great and we enjoyed your staff very friendly .
