I have an intolerance to Gluten and was very happy to see that they offered gluten free buns, for an additional charge, for their burgers as I've not had one in a while and had just enough time to wait, eat, and get to an interview afterwards.
When the burger came out I noticed that the bun looked like some else's and double checked with them to make sure it was gluten free and found out it was not. Their cook had tried to pass off a regular wheat bun as the gluten free one, sense they were out of gluten free. Meaning that I had paid extra to effectively poison myself.
I did not have time to wait for an additional meal and ended up having the burger without the bun, they decided to refund me for the bun but not the meal even though it was not really what I paid for or would have gotten if I had known in advance about their lack of buns. I did not have time to argue with them, as I just needed my meal. Their burger meat by itself is not very good.
I would not recommend going here if you have any sort of allergy or food intolerance as they are not trustworthy in handling those cases. It is especially bad sense they are right next to several medical centers and are likely frequented by people from those locations do to their proximity.
