The management at this location is not very understanding of the customers, with certain food requirements and has a really bad attitude. I just had weight loss surgery about two months ago and this was my first time going out to eat since then. They have a Pancho app that says soft tacos are 1.99 but since I didn't realize this was only for Togo orders I was charged 3.00 per taco and was only able to eat about half. I was really embarrassed but the management didn't even care, I can't eat as much as the normal individual. The food here is okay. But if you have had VSG or any Bariatric surgery AVOID THIS RESTAURANT AT ALL COSTS, they only sell buffet no individual entree as the management told me and was even LAUGHING at me when I voiced my concern. The waitress and other staff other than management were so nice and understanding. Just good to know for the future that this restaurant is not for me anymore. Also for Non VSG or Weight Loss members THE SENIOR PRICES AND REGULAR PRICES HAVE GONE UP.
