The Banh Mi here is quite satisfying with generous fillings, although I'd prefer a bit more mayo to enhance the flavors. The bread, cut from a larger baguette, boasts a crumbly texture that adds a nice contrast to the savory fillings. For a more enjoyable experience, I'd suggest asking for the bread to be extra toasted, bringing out its flavors even more.
