I went to Rocco's Little Italy today for lunch...lets just say I left hungry and on the phone with the police! I ordered the Chicken Alfredo....it was spaghetti with milk water...honestly, but it didn't taste horrible so I figured I would eat the chicken and I would be fine. Well when I bit into the chicken it was spoiled, very obviously so, so I quietly took it up to the counter and said "I think the chicken may be spoiled could you please just make me a meatball sandwich" well after telling me she couldn't talk to me and sending me back to my seat I told them to just give me my money back and I would leave and eat somewhere else, in which they tried to refuse saying they already gave me food and I wasted it and that there was nothing wrong with it because "they just opened the bag of chicken this morning(the bag in question was fake grilled chicken tenders)...after all this the Owner threw my money at me and screamed at me to get the eff out and almost grabbed me...DO NOT EAT THERE! I called the main Rocco's who licensed their franchise and they would do nothing about it, the police men said since he did technically give me my money back they could"t do anything...but word of mouth with bite them in the butt!
