You go here to eat, place your order, total is $29.74, you leave a $5 tip, Alabama minimum wage is $7.25 an hr., that would take 5 hours of your life considering taxes to pay for your meal & leave a reasonable tip, the tip for "good" service almost cost a whole hours worth of your time(again that's just the tip for receiving "good" service) but you then drive home after receiving your order that should have been checked for quality before it went out the window to find that the sauce you paid extra for isn't correct, let's also point out regular unleaded fuel is $2.66 a gallon(I run premium) & live 2.1miles away, I drive back to have my sauce fixed, go in & waited while the guy took the order he was taking, then told him they messed up my sauce, that he did go & have corrected, I then asked if he minded giving me back just a few bucks of the tip because of fuel costs(I should have received the whole $5 because who accepts a tip knowing they messed up, he said he didn't have it & nodded his head towards the north side of the store & said talk to the manager & started taking the next customer's order, I didn't want to walk behind their counter but didn't understand his request, I asked if I should go through the door & the customer then speaks up saying that if I did he'd call the cops, I'm completely lost at this point asked the customer if he worked there & he didn't reply, I tell him that the employee just nodded his head north & told me to speak with the manager but didn't specify if I should do his job & get the manager or did he want me to, neither the customer or employee replies, I then ask the customer what kind of drugs he's on just talking out the side of his head if he doesn't know what's going on, to yet another customer putting his 2 cents in & just as lost as the 1st customer, the employee finally gets a 2nd employee's attention & he also said he didn't have it, so, now I'm definitely lost, I know $5 went into that cup that was my hard earned money for the "good" service but never received it, so now a 3rd employee comes up & said my ticket said ranch when nowhere on my ticket does it say ranch, says "Extra Sauce HONEY MUST", the 3rd employee finally gives me $2, y'all they still got a $3 tip for this "quality" service WOW

I have never had bad service or food from here I will drive I love the way just to come there to get food cuz it's always good and how and fresh

I have never had bad food from there every time I came there the service was good I would drive Way Cross town just to come to hear because the service is good the food is good and fresh I will referral them to everybody that I come in contact with I am giving my grandson a 21st birthday party October 11 I will be ordering 200 wings from them because they are the best

I waited in line for almost 30 minutes before someone actually could take my order because someone didn't have the correct amount of money and the cashier didn't know how to handle the situation. As well as having a nasty attitude. Need to at least fix the phones to make carry out orders!!!!
