For a satisfying breakfast option in Huntsville, consider trying the brunch at 1892 ($$). The service is consistently excellent, with minimal wait times. I recommend the breakfast burrito with steak or the steak and cheddar omelette, and note that they also offer tasty lunch options, such as the fried chicken.
