This barbecue joint is our regular choice for lunch on Saturdays. The St. Louis Ribs are absolutely delicious, with the perfect smoke ring and meat that falls off the bone, complemented by a slightly heavy black pepper seasoning. If visiting on a holiday weekend, it's advisable to call ahead to reserve a slab. The barbecue sandwiches are simple yet made to order, with a vinegar-based sauce that deserves a spot on the Alabama products shelf in Publix.
