WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE ever !!!!!!! I can't believe they keep the rude manager! Poor employees and costumers that deal with that trash treatment! Please managers needs to be at least polite! Extremely rude customer service.

Always loved this place. Employees are always teens or young adults who are friendly and helpful. Always generous with the fry sauce when asked :) Good, classic food.

We love Paul Bunyan, we come for the finger steaks,, today's experience is not what we are used too.. things seem disjointed almost had to be asked to be served when people behind the counter were more wrapped in themselves.. they were not that busy at the time... food was good

Well...needless to say I use to love Paul Bunyan Stopped Friday night after our flight..this is what Alan got for $10...what a bunch of crap now....jumbo cheeseburger my butt! Also the shake which was chocolate, had huckleberry all over inside the cup so you know they are not cleaning after its used! What if someone had an allergy!!!! Then the girl threw the change at my husband which fell on the ground and didn't say sorry or anything. While he was trying to get the change she was trying to shove the bag of food at him! Slow down girl!!! This is not acceptable in my book. I use to love you.. but we will no longer be giving you our money.
