Bigfoot Pizza is the real deal with a good load of toppings, perfectly baked dough, and great sauce. No skimpy toppings here, they're piled on fresh, making it one of the best hometown choices that never disappoints. I forgot about Bigfoot until my niece was telling me about it and so far in the last month I've ordered two of them and they're delicious no problem the crust is good I'm not a big crust eater but the crust was really good the pizza was just absolutely out of this world so now I'm ordering again for my niece for her birthday tomorrow thank you Bigfoot

Ordered 2 Pizzas at 18:45 on 04/16/2015 did not receive my pizzas until after 21:00 apparently they delivered the pizzas that I had already paid for to a completely different address it was signed for and they left. No one verified my ID nor matched my signature on the receipt. When asked what the manager can do to make admens the answer was "Were giving you two more Pizzas" We haven't received any pizzas in what would be considered a timely manner and I am actually puzzled that they took payment for a card payment over the phone without verifying the identity.

Crust reminded me of Wonder Bread,it seemed to have no salt and too much sugar. No taste to the crust besides the sugar. Sauce tasted like Ragu/Prego or some commercial spaghetti sauce. Cheese appeared to be a finely shredded cheddar was not melted despite nuking it at home. This suggests to me that it wasn't even close to being freshly grated. We could find no mozzarella on this, their combo pizza. There was way too much in the way of toppings. Oh, and then the crust separated, top from bottom, on the one slice I tried to eat while the toppings slid off onto the plate. Terrible, terrible pizza

I have ordered from Big Foot for as long as they have been in business and I L O V E the service and the food especially , If anyone has a problem at any time please remember that they are not PERFECT just as you are not perfect and everyone makes mistakes. I hate seeing someone bash their service -they don't really deserve that.
I have never had one tiny issue with Big Foot and as a matter of fact I just got on here to place an order
and saw these comments. Here's mine!
Stay as great as you are Big Foot and I will be back again and again as will my family.

The price is amazing for the amount of food you get! And the service is fast and friendly! I recommend them over any other pizza place in Pocatello!

Great restaurant. You get more food for less than you would have you ordered from Pizza Hut or Domino's, and the pizzas are good to boot. The Man Eater pizza is especially delicious. I highly recommend Bigfoot Pizza.

Called in for a delivery order. we ordered the 18" Family meal and didn't get what we ordered. I called the manager and was treated like crap and he stated "you need to make sure the person you talk to knows you want the salad and drinks" even though that is what was ordered.
Customer service SUCKS!!!!!
