I had a to go order of Nachos Garibaldi today. Seems like they scraped the bottom of the barrel for the chips, which were very greasy, overcooked, and tasted old. I paid extra to add asada. They must have been short on that, too, what little there was I couldn't even chew. Seems like the quality of food has really been going down. The last 3 out of 4 orders were very sub par. About done with Garibaldi's in Jerome. I don't feel they care much about the quality of the food they serve.
