Rude service, sweet and sour pork and almond chicken all breading no meat. Cold food, tasteless. Noodles were half cooked. I could have gotten better food in frozen food section at the grocery store. It used to be good a long time ago not anymore. Had to throw both our meals in the garbage. Will never go back. I rate this restaurant a zero!

Been going to Paupau's for 16 years and love it. Casual, homey atmosphere. Beef and broccoli, sweet and sour soup, special noodles and sweet and sour chicken are some of our favorites

Very bad:
BBQ Pork extremely dry, mustard hardly recognizable and tasteless. Egg flower soup tasteless, also. SS Pork tolerable, but not great. (SS sauce runny and low flavor) Shrimp with vegetables were without flavor and seemed made from frozen vegetables. Even the Soy sauce lacked flavor. All in all, very disappointed... sizable ticket, and left a good tip. Will not return.

This place is awesome and fresh, and love their sweet and sour, it's pink instead of black molasses which is to rich. So the pink s&s is so fresh tasting and light. Their S&S chicken is awesome...mooshoo chicken is fresh

Got take out shrimp vegetables and snow pea chicken. Both good, could be a little more seasoned. Will do again.

Went here for dinner while staying at a nearby hotel because it was highly rated on several food review sites. We had the family style #4: Egg Flower Soup - tasteless, BBQ pork - good but mustard terrible, chicken chow mein - good (no crunchy noodles provided), almond chicken - bland gravy, pork fried rice - very good. We got Kung Pao chicken as our choice of side entrí©e. It was marked * for hot & spicy - it was neither. It was the blandest thing we got. I wish we'd have gone to Panda Express instead.

June is always friendly and her service is fast. The food is delicious and PauPau's services are more than enough. Our family loves local businesses and we strive to keep family-owned services like PauPau going. Great place. Great food and very nice people. Their sweet and sour soup is the BEST on cold rainy days.

Definately the best Chinese restaurant in North Idaho. You will really enjoy the food in this clean and friendly environment. The food there are fresh and delicious. Unlike many restrautns, Paupau's make the food right when you order it. The food there are good and efficient. You'll never regret going to this palce and will instantly fall in love with it.

The food is fresh and pretty good by Idaho standards. It tends do be on the bland side tho. They will kick it up on request. Some dishes not too good. Lemon chicken was not too tastey..
