We decided to eat at this location on August 1st, 2022 at approximately 9pm. When we recieved our order we realized that we were missing our nuggets and jalapeño poppers. In addition, my sister requested only light mayonnaise and pickle on her burgers, but recieved just mustard. The drive-through was busy so I went in. The employees England and Skyler were very professional and polite. However, the gentleman in the black shirt was extremely rude and was already arguing with another customer. I explained the issue and was given my items. When I got to the car we found that the poppers were way over cooked and the burgers were purposely caked with mayonnaise and ketchup.I was upset so my sister went in herself. She works as a secret shopper for various businesses in the area, however, not this location. She was met with rude language by this manager. He went back to the grill and laughed with another male employee. She was so disgusted by his behavior that she no longer wanted to eat the food and was now nervous about what might have happened to it, to take the chance. We love Burger King and like the majority of the employees. Sadly, we will never frequent this location ever again.
