The restaurant is open every Thursday through Monday and our Tap Room is open on Wednesday afternoon. Featuring live music by local artists in the restaurant or Hopyard every Friday (and some Saturdays) provides an upbeat atmosphere for those wanting to get out for date night or meet with friends.
“The Brewery†includes a full-scale dining room that provides great food for everyone with our amazing, updated menu. Gluten Free and Vegetarian options are available. Local favorites from the menu include our hand pressed burgers, beer battered fish and chips, baby back ribs and house fried potato chips. Many of our dressings and sauces are made right here in the kitchen.
Our brew house, visible from the dining room, is currently operating to produce six (6) excellent craft-beer styles. Come, experience the flavor profiles of Osprey Pilsner, Huckleberry Wheat, Grizzly IPA, McGregor Scottish Ale, which won two awards in the Great American Beer Contest, Black Mountain Porter, and our Bourbon Barrel Aged Stout.
We also serve several beers and hard ciders from other Northwest Breweries as well as Cutwater Spirits, Copper Can Moscow Mule, and Hard Seltzers.

The experience at Kootenai River Brewing was enjoyable, highlighted by attentive customer service and a solid selection of beers. The views of the river added to the ambiance, with plenty of seating available for both indoor and outdoor dining. I appreciated the quality of the food, particularly the salmon and the various beers, despite some delays in service.

I had an amazing time at Kootenai River Brewing, enjoying a variety of delicious beers and a lovely meal while soaking in the beautiful river views. The atmosphere was welcoming, and despite a few service hiccups, I appreciated the friendly staff and can't wait to return for more great experiences!

I have traveled the US and have had many different dining experiences most even when mediocre were still ok and the service made up for the lack of quality I was good to pay for it. I have worked in the industry for over 20 years and understand the ins & outs of ALL. However, never ever have I been told I would be forced to eat the food that was unsatisfying and had sent back. AND, be forced to pay for what I refused to we at, not 1 bite. This was the worst dining experience I have ever had. The waitress DEMANDED I take a bite and take it home after I clearly stated no thank you.

Um not great. Not many places to choose from so I guess if your hungry and gas station snacks won't hold you over until to h we next stop you could be ok. Be prepared for a small menu and out off a lot for side dishes and staff needs training.
