I have been eating at this place occasionally over the past 10 to 12 years. The quality has been consistently high, even during the years of the pandemic and afterward and they have also been able to maintain moderately reasonable prices. Last week I had my favorite, fried cod fish and chips, 3 pieces, with traditional cole slaw. The fish quality is just the best - the breading is light and not obtrusive, tasty, but does not interfere with the excellence of the delicious fresh cod. Potatoes are fresh cut for the generous portion of French fries - and the homemade coleslaw is a very balanced flavor and not sweet and over sugared like many restaurants mistakenly do. Staff is courteous and service is good - although they do get busy, so at peak periods, you need to expect a 15 minute wait sometimes. Overall, this place continues to be superb.
