I recently had the pleasure of dining at Canton Restaurant, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. Nestled in a cozy yet elegant setting, the restaurant blends traditional Chinese aesthetics with a modern touch, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.

The menu is a treasure trove of authentic Cantonese dishes, showcasing a wide range of flavors and techniques. I started with their dim sum platter, which was impeccably crafted-each bite-sized piece bursting with fresh ingredients and delicate seasoning. The Peking duck was the highlight of the evening, with its crispy skin and tender, juicy meat served alongside perfectly steamed pancakes and flavorful hoisin sauce. Another standout was the braised abalone with oyster sauce, a dish that exuded luxury and depth of flavor.

My family and I ordered dinner here for New Year's Day and were impressed with the service. The food was delicious and plentiful, with the mandarin chicken and fried rice lunch special being a standout. The restaurant is a cute spot in a strip mall, offering ample space for large parties and friendly service.
