Papa Kelsey's Pizza and Subs is located near the mall off of 17th Street, behind the Burger King. When in Idaho Falls for a family visit, I often choose to have lunch there because of the consistently clean interior and the friendly and courteous staff. Despite my experience with the food being consistently subpar, the atmosphere brings a sense of nostalgia reminiscent of a favorite pizza place from a beloved movie.
