We go to The Good Table often, at least several times a month. The PLace is much better with the new owners..PLEASE keep yr recipes the same. I loved their Loaded Potatoe Soup and Cream of Broccoli soups one day, next time I ordered the same and it was horrible, thick like pudding and I guess clumps of caked up flour? Salad bar could have more healthy options or more variety. Service is usually good, but have been hit with a rushed waitress on a few occasions.

A disappointing experience. An hour experience for a table of four from the time we entered the restaurant to the time the check was paid, even though half the tables were unoccupied, and we arrived at mid morning. Requests for silverware forgotten finally just swiped unused flatware from an adjacent, unoccupied table. Beverages were unserved ten minutes after placing order, finally asked the manager if our coffee and juice could be served to us. Coffee with milk arrived as a cup of black coffee and a separate glass of drinking milk.

Breakfast was decidedly lukewarm, and hash brown potatoes were cold. Poached egg was brought to the table in a small saucer, we had become so frustrated with the inattentive service we scrapped clean one of the breakfast plates to spread the egg onto the toast.

Feel bad about writing a negative review, we are interstate travelers and we actively search out family owned establishments. Also, we empathize with the hard work required to run a restaurant. Still, the poor quality of food and service was noteworthy, avoid the good table restaurant!

This is a good all around restaurant in an area that has several like it...
Their big draw is their friendly service and great value/buck meals...

I've been working in the area for several weeks and have made the Good table my go-to place...

I do wish they had some onions and cheese on their salad bar...
and i do wish they wouldn't put a large serving of watery vegetables on a plate with their meat...

The new owners are very nice. They have cleaned up the establishment. The food is amazing....so is the wait staff. This place is a must try.... They make all feel welcome!
