Have been going to Long Branch for many years and went last night for Prime Rib........don't know what you are doing different but it was not the same as before.....I believe I could have gotten the same Prime Rib at Anthonys for $12.99 instead of paying $26.99 for yours.... I believe you are no longer cooking the whole Rib Roast but purchasing separate pieces and nuking them.......way overpriced for the quality of the meat.... the seasoning was not same and mine was mainly fat and sinew...doubt we will make the long trip again and would not recommend your Prime Rib to anyone
