I had an incredible experience at a barbecue joint in Plainfield, Illinois, where the owners went out of their way to serve us even after closing time. The food was outstanding, especially the hot links and rib tips, and the generous portions made it feel like a great value. The friendly atmosphere and genuine hospitality from the owners really made me feel welcome, and I can't wait to return for more delicious barbecue.

On Saturday 4/24/2021 we picked up our order of Ribs, Rib Tips and
Red Beans and Rice. This was for a Sunday dinner. All the food was prepared and packed perfectly. It was even carried to the car for us.
Sunday came, we heated up the food as instructed.
.
When it was put on the table our family members could not stop eating and
wanting more. Our two grandsons, ( 5 and 3) each had five ribs and
some rib tips. The adults loved everything, the Red Beans and Rice was
a big hit too. The adults all wanted to know where the Louisiana Barbeque
was located. Addresses were given to all. I would like to thank the owners
(I wish I knew their names) for the preparation , presentation and caring manner. You are the BEST # 1 In Joliet.

I commend this husband and wife for sticking to their dream of opening up a restrauant. Food that people don't normally eat everyday. I have been pleased with the food and the service. And I will keep spreading the word. So keep on keeping on. It's going to get better as the day goes by. Be proud of yourselves.....Remember you can't please everybody. Just keep keeping the food good.
