The food was delicious, service was excellent, although the bone-in wings were disappointing. The pizza, salad, and garlic knots were fabulous!

Worse pizza I have ever had tonight. Ordered a Monday night special for my kids and a taco pizza for us adults. The pizza was 1 1/2 hours late for delivery. It was ice cold and the crusts were so hard that you couldn't even bite the crust.. I won't be ordering anymore from here. It use to be good but not anymore.

Pretty Good Food, So-So Service

As a family, we have been eating from Lou’s since moving here in 1990. We’ve pretty much run the gamut from their appetizers, to the sandwiches, the Italian specialties, and of course, pizza. Every time we have something from Lou’s, either there or on the go, the quality remains really consistent with the food tasting great and with generous portions. Honestly a good value for the money.

What brings the place down a notch or so is the service. Each time we have eaten there, there’s been some twist in that department. For instance, we’re a party of four and three of the meals are brought out with the fourth coming in after the rest of us are almost done.

Takeout service is a nightmare. There have been way too many times I have brought home food that was cold because the staff can’t be bothered to check on my order. They have been too busy flirting with men at the bar, changing TV stations, washing cocktail glasses, or some other method of killing time. One night I actually went to the kitchen myself because no one would check for me.

The exception to this is delivery. Fast and prompt, with one driver doing so well I refer to him as “The King”. But since we live within walking distance of the restaurant, having food delivered seems like a joke.

We really like the food, and would probably patronize Lou’s more often if it wasn’t for the checkered service.

It was probly made bad because no one likes people from chicago. go away, serf. Anways, The garlic nuggets, pizza, and chicken wings are great! Other people in the area are sort of picky with the wings because there is tons of competition. Tuesdays are wings nights and they are very cheap and once again, delicious. My family, friends, and I are big fans and I certainly reccomend you go to Lou's!

The last reviewer must have some sort of personal issue with this restaurant. This place has the best pizza in the area, over an inch thick, with tons of cheese. The Onion straws are delicious, and the garlic nuggets and Mama Rosa's salad are to die for! My family and friends have been coming here for longer than I can remember, and are never disappointed. Family run, with secret recipes, where much is still made fresh.

If you are going to try this restaurant for their pizza for the first time my suggestion is DON'T!
The sauce is to salty and there is not enough meat on the pizza. And to order extra meat for get it! You may pay for it but, you don't get it.
Evidently no one has ever complained before and this area is to complacent and doesn't mind having there money taken from them without getting what they ordered. But, the pizza leaves a lot to be desired and could use some help maybe from the owners of Nancy's in Chicago...Now that's Pizza and the menu...Manificent!! Ciao.
