The customer service here is fantastic, and the food is always fresh and hot. I love the variety on the menu, especially for kids, and the burgers are some of the best I've had in years-definitely a great choice for anyone looking to skip the typical fast food chains.

Excellent food! Amazing burgers. Fries are crisp, but not hard, and tasty. Milk shake was thick and rich.

Best double cheeseburgers anywhere hands down.would love to have a McHugh's where I live in Indiana.I don't so I drive 2.5 hours to get one.thanks McHugh's.

Very good! I eat here almost too often. It's delicious! They have the best chicken tenders EVER! They mix flavorings into their sodas very well also, and their sweet tea is amazing. I will be honest, the chicken sandwiches aren't my favorite.. but, the burgers are beyond good and they have the best fries in the world. I'm sad that it's only in Mattoon and Charleston, however that makes it more of a treat. It gives me something extra to look forward to when I come back home. I definitely recommend McHugh's!

This is my go to place!! They have the absolute best fries and I love the variety of their burgers. Add a sweet tea and I am in heaven. I recommend this to everyone especially non-locals who soon find out what they are missing without this local chain in their hometown.

Got a Taco Salad today on way to work. Drove the 2 blocks to work, opened salad, no dressing or sour cream that I asked for. The so called taco meat was cold, not even room temperature. This is my 3rd bad experience with the drive thru and will be my last,wont go back again.
