I went to Mini Corral on Sunday May 3, 2020, and bought 2 Porterhouse Dinners, with fries.
I first seen the on-line menu it was listed at $15.99, one there I seen a new menu, it's price was $17.99, When I commented on the change, he said that was also a old menu, that they were now $20.99, I had waited a couple of days to get the steak dinners to be able to take advantage of the .99 Root Beer deal.
Turns out that the Root Beer price had change too, now $1.99 a gal..
Since I'd been waiting a couple of days for this meal, I decided to get the 2 Porter house meals, and 2 gallons of Root Beer.
After eating the meal, the steaks were Done, I ordered them Med. Rare, there wasn't a bit of pinkness at all. Then I take out the receipt out of my pocket, and notice for the 2 Porterhouse Dinners, I was charged ~~~$62.42!!!~~~~
I knew there was an error, so I went up there the next day and asked "what the Porterhouse Meals cost, he (the same guy that took my order) said that they were out of Porterhouses. I guess I got the last 2? I doubt it!!! He remembered me!!!
Then I said that he told me that the price has raised to $20.99 each, and asked him why was I charged $62.42.
He said that what he said was that the "Porterhouses" price went up from the place that they buy their meat from to $20.99.
I call B-llsh-t on this one!!!
I SAY THAT THIS IS REAL "PRICE GOUGING"!!!
Needless to say, I'll never be back there again!!!

Of course I like some things on their menu better than others, but that will always happen with a varied menu. I have never had better catfish, which is served with a great baked potato. The steak is also amazing. I had their bacon cheeseburger recently, and along with the fries and the home made root beer gave me an orgasm in my mouth! So, so good!

Everything we have ever ordered from here has been fabulous!!! Very friendly service, only drawback is they do not accept debit cards. Would recommend this place to all my family and friends!
