This diner offers a wide variety of delicious food at reasonable prices, making it a favorite for my family and me. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, reminiscent of a classic family gathering, which is hard to find in this area. Each visit, I enjoy the gyro platter while my partner savors the meatloaf, and we always appreciate the attentive service, especially from Lisa, who ensures we feel right at home.

Whoever stated that this diner is filthy is wrong. I am a regular customer and I always sit at the counter and can see everything that goes on. I have never once say down to a dirty counter or table. The plates, bowls, cups, glasses and silverware are always clean. I don't always like everything I try there, but the breakfast is always great. More than these though, the owners are present and working almost every time I go there, and they are very nice people. Benny's wife Lacy (the "hostess")might come off as rude, but actually she is just quiet. Once you get to know her, she has a very warm personality, and I've never seen her act in a rude way to anyone ever.

It's a very busy place, and sometimes the wait staff will tune out distractions so they can focus on getting food out to customers. Yes, sometimes there is drama with the wait staff, but they always sort it out. They show up and deal with a lot of people, including each other, but they are good staff. It's not easy to find people willing to put up with the demands of their job, so it's good to keep that in mind.

Was there sunday, waitress was great had a veggi. Omlet .it was barely eatible as was the american fries $9.00 waste of money left half on plate total blll with tip $14.00 u thing ur in chicago but ur not will never return!!!! Rateing is to high!!!!!

This is one of those restaurants whose outward appearance may not be aesthetically pleasing, and yet their food is absolutely fabulous-especially their breakfast and gyros! Prices are reasonable and service is very friendly.:)

This place is filthy inside and out. The service is good, the hostess is very rude. They don't even have fresh food, they serve frozen beef patties. Please don't eat the fries. Mine had mold on them. The oild from the fries even smells old.

Great portions, low prices. Breakfast is really worth stopping in for, but don't forget to try the fried chicken dinner very impressive taste. Definitely a must
