My husband and I enjoyed a delightful dinner at this restaurant last Saturday, and it truly exceeded our expectations. The generous portions and delicious flavors of the ribs and prime rib special left us fully satisfied, with the friendly service and cozy atmosphere making our experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend giving this place a try for a memorable dining experience that will leave you wanting to come back for more.

Food is always delicious, huge menu with amazing choices, and great service. Would definitely come back! The pastitsio is out of this world and available every Thursday as a special.

Paul's has been my all time favorite family restaurant for many years. I along with many friends frequent Paul's for breakfast lunch and dinner at least once a week .
However I came in 2 Sundays ago with my son and his girlfriend after church. We were there around 1230 pm. I ordered biscuits and gravy , my son a waffle with chocolate chips and bacon and his girlfriend a skillet with scrambled eggs on top.
The waitress came back and said "I'm sorry but we are out of biscuits and gravy".I said no worry and changed my order.
They then brought out my son's order first which was a burnt waffle and choc chips in a small cup cold . when he went to cut it, it crumbled. His was the only order brought out at that time for asst least 5 minutes.
His girlfriends then came out w reg eggs on top not scrambled and I was still waiting for my order to come.

The took her order back and put scrambled eggs on top of her now cold skillet with some reg eggs still in it. This was at least 5 minutes after my son's. The server said she thought it was someone else's order sitting yup there and was sorry.

Mine finally came out well after there's were out for at least 10 minutes.
Needless to say all dishes were served at different times and were not cooked as ordered. We didn't eat any of them.
I didn't say anything to server as I don't think it was her fault however we heard he tell another client they were short staffed and she was stressed.
I paid with my credit card and gave her a very nice tip well over 20%.
I have never had an issue with Paul's in the past several years up till now. I
Cant say I would come back any time soon. Very bad experience. Feel so sorry to have to write a bad review as aside from this experience I loved Paul's.

Pauls has been around for over 40years, and the food is ALWAYS EXCEPTIONALLY GOOD!!! Great service, friendly prompt servers, food is absolutely delicious. Been going there for 30+years, and NEVER had a bad meal there. Reasonable prices, nice environment, clean. It's nice to still have a 'Family Restaurant' around, instead of all 'corporations'. If you get a dessert here, it won't be a tiny little piece either; it'll be a huge slice, that you can make into two for a snack later, or take to lunch. The woman who gave ONE measly star, and talked about 'flirty waitresses' is from another planet. I am married, and NO waitress has ever hugged my husband.Nor have I ever seen any server there behave inappropriately. I'd say she's an insecure and jealous wife, and has it out for Pauls for some reason.

I love this place...The food is always great..gives me great memories of my fathers cooking...And the waitresses are pleasant,,,In reply to the lady who spoke about hugging her husband...OH PLEASE...no comment......

I will not go there again the reason its that the waitresses are so flertashas with the husbands I did not like them hugging my husband so ladies if your husband goes there he is being hugged even if your there with him they will hug him they do not have respect for the wife ! so me and my family will not go there again ! stop hugging married men !!!!!
