They don't clean the burnt cheese out of the pizza oven so you end up with charcoal on the bottom of the crust.

Cheese on burnt crust does not quite qualify as 'pizza'.....a hung over bachelor can do much better....

The menu shown here doesn't show them, but they also offer sandwiches. The problem is, like the pizzas, you can't get anything w/o onions & peppers - which suck. I tried to get a sub w/o o & P but they wouldn't take them off. They must get them frozen & cook them in the pizza oven .......I won't be calling back. This guy cris is a cocky little prick.

Pizza Man just plain and simple- sucks.
It was a waste of time and money.
Horrible service, dirty tables, rude manager (Kris),Burnt pizza, which Kris said was because of a change in the dough. I call B.S. on that one.
50 minute wait time for a burnt beyond recognition pizza.
Kris the owner/manager said to me, What do you want me to do about it?
Treated us like we were wrong and mistaken.
Like who wouldnt recognize a burnt pizza?
Not friendly as advertised.
They do not have a clue how to treat a customer or how to run a business!

Do not patronize this poor excuse of a pizza parlor.
It was much better when Pizza Mike owned it.
He would have corrected the order for us!
Not these clowns!!!!!!

I am truly dissappoited as I write this. I love Pizza Man pizza and salads. However, my experience with the Mt. Vernon location has been terrible. I placed and order almost 2 hours ago and my order still has not been delivdered. Upon calling to check on the status of my order, Chris (the owner) was rude and unapolagetic. He even went as fas as to cut me off in mid-sentence. This will be the last time I order anything from this location.
