This was one of those special occasions when we went. And everything was delicious. And we couldn't have gotten better service. They have the best tomato bread and steaks are absolutely perfect. Thank you for a wonderful 25th anniversary â¤ï¸

The Princess Cafe always has great steaks and seafood. I have never had a bad dinner in the last 12 years I have been going here. I even had my bridal shower here. Great food and a great waiter staff.

Have visited the Princess Cafe during the past few years - this time had to be the worst.
Ordered two fillets and beef stroganoff - the meat arrived at our table rare. Sent all three items back, and one fillet and the beef stroganoff still not cooked properly.
Waitress was nice, but took too much time in between courses.
Complained to the management, and they did not seem to care.
The food preparation and service at the Princess Cafe has deteriorated from excellent to very poor.
I will not return. AVOID THIS PLACE. I have had better food and service at Culvers and Five Guys Burgers!

I was with a party of 18 on March 21, 2009. We thought the bill was a little high, so we kept the server's copy to double check on the bus ride home. To our surprise, we were charged for 19 dinners, an extra prime rib. Considering the $30 price plus the tax and 18% tip, it was much more than $30. the food was good, the server very attentive and bussers all did their part to give us good service. The restaurant does not give separate checks on Saturday nights; nor do they have a computerized system, which surprised me. I was a server for 20 years and know how helpful the computer system can be. Separate checks would be no problem for large parties with these systems. The restaurant charges enough for their meals; they really should have the computers. I'm not sure if any one from our party notified them yet about our extra meal that we were charged for at this time. The restaurant I worked for had a policy of 2 servers on a party of this size (any party over 10). It just takes a long time to get the food served for 18 people with 1 server.
