My husband fell on their slippery sidewalk right outside the door, layed on the ground for about 10 minutes before we could get him up... no one came out to see if he was okay even after I told them he fell. He broke 2 ribs and
was off work for 5 weeks and they denied any help for us for him missing work. Very disappointed ....

the food is pretty good, but watch out if the sidewalk is slippery and they are not good about salting and I fell the other day and no one comes out to even see if your okay...

Delicious food and the catering is awesome.. ... Citron chicken best ever had..... the service is great and so is owner and employees!!!

Rosati's cannot mess up in my eyes. The pizza is dee-lish and the staff is so friendly. Once we ordered a pizza on a night they were slammed with orders and we waited in our car for our pizza to finish. They were kind enough to walk our pizza out to us. I love this place and the pizza and I sure hope they stay put.

Furthermore, I would just like to say his pizzas are terrible. He gives the Rosatis chain a bad name. My wife and I use to order pizzas from there on a regular basis - since the product has gradually gotten worse we no longer order there - frozen pizzas have more flavor.
Poor product and poor ownership will eventually lead you to your demise. Good luck in your future.
