The brisket here is a flavor explosion that left me wondering how I ever settled for anything less. With perfectly cooked fries and a menu that dazzles, I couldn't resist returning for round two, dragging my wife along because I couldn't stop raving about it. The friendly staff and delicious homemade pies, especially the chocolate, make this cozy haven my new go-to for BBQ bliss!

This is one of my favorite restaurants in Southeastern Illinois for any meal. Great selection on the menu; good good quality; mostly friendly service. Only gave 4/5 stars because the service can be slow with the wait staff having too many responsibilities.

Jeremy is one of the hardest working best guys I know. He really cares about customers and details and has never let me down in nearly 20 years of catering. The coconut creme pie is amazing. The atmosphere is adorable and fits Southern Illinois. A solid menu and a good place to eat.

My son and I were in this restaurant 11/11/2014-the restaurant was almost empty, tables were all dirty-2 waitresses. One waitress running her legs off, the other couldn't turn her head or she would have messed up her hair-do. About 10 to 15 minutes one came over finally cleaned off our table, got our drink order. This was the busy one. Meanwhile other customers were coming in. Our waitress finally made it back to us-got our order. About 5 to 10 minutes later, table by table received their breakfast. Now we are talking about an hour at this time
and we still have no food. Another waitress did finally appear sometime in this hour. Food was ready, but the other two waitresses just stood around - while our waitress was running register-waiting on people-getting drinks.
Not complaining about the little waitress --- but major complaining on the other two! Come on I was a manager at a restaurant at one time - you DID NOT let food sit you got it out!! And you also helped each other out!!! Just saying, maybe they need to help one another - it takes a team to run a good restaurant!!!

If You Want Pulled PorK This Is Not The Place. There So Called Slice Pork Is Aweful. Full Of Fat Flavorless. Tastes 5 Days Old Not Fresh At All. Ribs Taste The Same. Zero stars

I purchased 3 lb of BBQ today at the old 3 little pigs BBQ. they did not have enough. i had to take cold BBQ. It was spongy, a fatty congealed mass. Even after being heated the meat was bland, fatty, spongy and where is the smoke flavor? Worst BBQ I ever ate. 3 LITTLE PIGS NEEDS TO REOPEN AS NO-ONE IN THE BURG PROPERLY BB Q'S
