After the game at NIU, our friends finally convinced us to give it a shot, so we headed over to check it out. I opted for the Ultimate Margarita, hands down one of the best margaritas I've ever had, and paired it with the Taxco Burrito, a trio of mini burritos that were absolutely delicious.

Love, love, LOVE! Taxco... Simply the best. And the owners are friendly without being overbearing. My fav is the Pollo el cilantro. My hubby's fav is the chilaquiles. YUM! Variety, too.
