Ordered Pizza for pick up. Service was good however the ham on my pizza was just set on top, not baked on my pizza!

The lunch hour was full of people, and one waitress which needed help bad. And no manager around to be seen. Poor management!

Pizzas were horrible. Sausage had zero flavor and the consistency was like dog food. Very little sauce and overall the only flavor we could taste was oregano. A poor excuse for pizza!

Eh. It's not that the pizza was bad, just not my type of pizza. I prefer NY style or Chicago style and this is neither.

Pizza is good but customer service is very poor. Not friendly at all taking orders over the phone

Awesome food and wine we recommend vic's big cheese
Our personal favorite.only reason for not 5 stars is you can frequently hear the manager yelling at the staff, all the way from the back of the store. Sometimes with customers waiting at the counter...like I said the food is awesome and the young waitresses polite and attentive.

My wife and I ate at Cassano's today for the first time. We had looked them up on Google and the
reviews seemed okay and since it also was a small chain we thought we would give it a try.
To begin with, the place is extremely nice. Clean and bright and you could tell the staff was proud
of the establishment.
The pizza.... They serve it on a piece of cardboard. I mean it, a flat piece of cardboard to which the
cheese sticks where it has been cut.
I like square cuts as that is how they serve it but they cut the squares too small. You get one small cut
and then you are back to the cardboard for another square piece.
As for the pizza itself. I like pizza sort of bland with a lot of sauce and was not disappointed in the bland.
The sauce was skimpy as well as the cheese.
My wife remarked that there was not much of a spicy connection.
The price seemed okay and they do offer specials and one can partake or not.
I do not know if we will return as we hope to try other places to see how they compare.
Wait staff was pleasant and courteous.

My wife is from Dayton, Ohio, the mothership for Cassano's. We were excited to find a franchise in Quincy. We go about 3 or 4 times a year as it takes 1½ hours to get there. The only thing we order is pizza because nobody has a crust as tasty as Cassano's. Service is fast. To be fair, we have never ordered anything but pizza. They also have a senior discount.

Took an hour or more on multiple occasions to recieve my food. The food is good although over priced. Never order unless you want to die from hunger before your food even gets there.
