A great place for fresh delicious food. We will not order from any other place like this. The food is always fresh and fast most days. They are always friendly and offer free items with orders over a specific price. Good amounts of food for great prices. Everyone should try chinawok.

First off, I would like to say I have worked in the food service industry for a couple years now, and everyone knows that a main thing in business is keeping your customer's satisfied and happy, and I can see from today China Wok believes in quite the opposite. I am terribly dissapointed from their service as of tonight.I thought it would be nice to get some good chinese food for my boyfriend and I, the man on the phone who we ordered from for delivery was rude and rushed me on the phone and hung up immediately, when they got here they forgot part of the order and the delivery driver handed us a dollar back - I don't know why because the tip was included and I doubt the stuff they forgot was just a dollar. So we waited for them to come back and as time passed I called the man who yelled at me 10 minutes 10 minutes! and hung up. Awhile passed and one of our roomates ordered so to make it easier I called again and told him to just bring it with our roomates so it would be easier for them, they yelled 5 minutes and hung up. I was just so dissapointed and upset, still am and do not plan to ever go there or order from them ever again. Hope they improve their service better. I have never complained once on service til today because I know how stressful it can be but for this situation I have no understanding of what type of business this is except for a failure in my records.
