On a chilly snowy day, I enjoyed incredibly hot and fresh food that was bursting with flavor. The friendly staff made the experience even better, and I appreciated the charming decorative plates. With recent ownership changes leading to notable improvements, this family-owned restaurant has quickly become my go-to for delicious Chinese cuisine at a great value.

The older only waitress was very rude. My daughter asked for a different drink because, it tasted funny. She called my daughter wasteful. She was rude the last time we were there. But, I chalked that day to being a bad day for her. Maybe, she should take a vacay and hire someone else. Or let her son wait tables. He is more polite.

I love their pork fried rice and they are always friendly. They like teaching you Chinese !!

I have ate here several times most of the food has good flavor in my opinion. Good price for lunch time have not ate there any other time then lunch. Staff is usually nice they are Chinese so do to culture difference makes it seem like they could be in a unpleasant mood at times. Should give it a try at least once.

We've eaten many times at the Chinatown Buffet in Tuscola. We order off the menu occasionally, but like the buffet because they have many offerings of everything from crab rangoon to dim sum and its cheaper to eat from the buffet.
The waitress are genuinely Chinese and occasionally the language barrier possibly makes some people see them as impolite, but they're always very nice and helpful.
They replenish our drinks quickly. My husband likes their tea.
Lunch time is our favorite meal of the day and we enjoy the hot n sour soup and egg drop soup.
The salad bar is nicely stocked, and is always fresh.
They do take credit cards.
You can hear them being loud in the kitchen and on the phone, but its the chinese culture and not a brawl like some people think.
You can get food from the buffet to go and they give you a nice size container, and a smaller plastic container, or you can order off the menu to go. We love Happy Family with some egg rolls.

Worst place I have ever been!!!! The food is some what good, but the service was terrible!!! The Chinese waitresses are rude, and overall of disrespectful. They ask what you want to drink almost screaming at you. Afterward arrive with your drink and slam it down on the table. Making me personally uncomfortable and angry! They are clearly lacking good manners! And to worsened my experience, the waitress would remove my plate before I even finished with it.
I simply do not recommended!
