During my recent visit to a charming restaurant in Freeport, I was impressed by the large portions and the delicious eggplant parm, which was perfectly cooked with a crispy crust. The service was exceptional, especially from Sam, who was friendly and knowledgeable, making the experience even more enjoyable.

I've eaten lunch and two dinners at Cimino's.
In every case the food was freshly prepared (meaning that it hasn't been sitting under warming lights)and WELL WORTH THE WAIT. Their food is far superior to any franchise Italian I can think of.
