Horrible dinner, we were supposed to get biscuit's and never got them. The ham was over cooked, sausage over cooked and eggs were undercooked. One meal came without the meat. Just very disappointed. Will never eat there again. I don't even want to give one star but it gives me no choice.

My daughter and I had spent a long morning moving her into a new apartment and we were very tired and hungry when we got there. We had a lovely girl named Keana wait on us. She was very knowledgeable about the menu and suggested things to us that we tried. She knew from talking to us how our day had gone and she went out of her way to make sure we had a great time and meal. The food was great! We also went to shop in the store as well and she came and helped us out there and was just the sweetest spirit you'd ever want to meet. She is the one of the main reasons we will go back to Shiloh Cracker Barrel time and again. She just shined for us that day especially!

Always a pleasant place to enjoy a good meal. The quality is consistently good and the food is always hot and served in a timely fashion. By this I mean not only is the main portion of the meal serviced on time but the drinks, bread and 2nd cup of coffee are serviced at the proper time and almost always with a smile. We enjoy our dining experience every time we eat at Cracker Barrel in Shiloh. I can't say I have had the same experience in other Cracker Barrels that I have eaten in while traveling.
