Delicious pizza with a generous amount of toppings exceeded my expectations. The only drawback is that it is currently only available for takeout, potentially missing out on foot traffic. Despite this, there was a steady stream of customers picking up orders while we waited, reflecting the popularity of this family-friendly spot with flavorful food and a welcoming ambiance.

Never had a problem with their food. Particularly like getting the Deluxe Pizza and visiting Kaskaskia Brewing Company. Good company,good food and good beer - it don't get any better!

I LOVE LOVE LOVE Di Carlo's...my husband and I live not too far and just happened across DiCarlo's on night. Me being Italian am very picky about my pasta, but we were hungry and no where else to go and eat...I read their story on the menu and decided I would try their pasta. As soon as they put that bowl of pasta down and I smelled the sauce I knew I was going to love it. I took a bit and took me right back to eating my grandmother's sauce...she pasted away not long before that and I missed her sauce. Now anytime I am wanting my grannie's homemade sauce it's to Red Bud I go to Di Carlo's!!!!

Be careful for food poisoning!! I have been served two sandwiches with rotten meat on two different occasions and also received a rotten salad one time that made me sick for two days. The owners, when confronted, were not sorry and were reluctant to refund my money. Do not go to this place!!
