We think the customer service is excellent.. food is excellent, all the time!! breaded wings are to die for.. portions are always way more than expected... keep up the great work!! we don't order out often enough, but when we do ...it.s Dicellos... thanks for listening..

I think Pete must have sent his comment while he was pretty drunk either that or he just cant spell. We order from there at Chrysler nightly and think the food is great a little late sometime but worth the wait. The owner can be very rude at times but we just deal with because of the quality of the food.

Dicello's food is gross the service of the owner/manager is very rude. They messed up my order and made me wait 20 minutes before she would come out to talk to me because they had orders that had to be delivered at a curtain time. Sorry not my fault you messed up my order. I might of let her fix it if she wouldn't of made me wait so long. This was not the first time my order has been messed up. I will never return to Dicello's again and that's only because the manager seems to be giving up on a restaurant that was once a not so bad place to eat.

I have ordered there beef pie for almost 2 years and have recommended it to everyone I know. recently I've moved out of the area and would drive an hour and a half just to get there food. today though there was an incident where they refused my credit card that my daughter was using after she drove an hour and a half. When I call to complain the manager and owner was very rude and then hung up on me after stating she got my daughter was a boy and that because she was young that's why she wouldn't use it. it doesn't matter how good the food is if you are going to be treated that way especially by the owner.

Very, very disapointed in our service this evening. I ordered a taco pizza was told would take thirty minutes. Waited in the dining room for 45 minutes . The dining room is dirty and messy. Wait staff is slow and sloppy. Will not be returning to DiCello's again. It was a total waste of money.

Great food!!! Poor customer service. Always when we get carry out they say around 20 min then sit there forever always about 40min until food is done. Kitchen staff always outside smoking and should be getting food finished. Wish they would step it up on there service!

Not What it used to be. Raised prices bad service and they will not replace orders that they made incorrectly. Its too bad it used to be a great place.

@ Mike, I've never worked at Rosati's before. There's just no other places that can compete with Rosati's in town when it comes to taste. I hope you didn't end up eating wet pizza or taking too long to change clothes and dry off that the pizza got cold. And by the way, Salamone's is the best when comparing both Rockford area and Belvidere Pizza.

best pizza ever. beef pie gyro pie no one has them no will beat them. itlain beef sandwiches couldnt pack anymore beef into a sandwich you guys have the best food around. you have my vote keep up the good work.

Dicellos pizza is AMAZING. Rosati's is way over priced. And taste does not even compare to Dicellos. Belvidere was lacking in places to order pizzas until Dicellos came around. Pasta dishes are generous servings and very delicious also. We LOVE LOVE LOVE this place. The owners are AWESOME TOO!!!

I think I know who you are Bobby. I believe your decision is biased to Rosati's because you may have worked at Rosati's. I SAY NAY. I had a few of Dicello's pizzas and their Double Decker Pizza trumps any pizza I had at Rosati's. I couldn't remember a pizza I had at Rosati's that made me run into the storm outside, climb the roof and scream the epic scream, "DELICIOUS PIZ ZAHHHHHHHHH !!!" as lightning and thunder happened at the same time as if the gods were confirming what my taste buds have experienced, as that double decker pizza did. Dicello's is most likely the best pizza in Belivdere and Rockford.

This place is probably the 2nd best place besides Rosatis to order from in town. Rosatis is actually the best in the whole area but take advantage of their coupons. The price is great. The Pizza is good, but the pastas are even better. If you don't want to spend a few bucks extra at Rosatis, pick this place. You won't regret it.

This pizza place is great. We moved to the Belvidere area from the suburbs and this is closest to the great food we are use to at home. VERY GOOD
