The breakfast at Eagle Nest in Bethalto was delicious, with friendly staff and a cozy atmosphere. Despite a slight issue with my hash browns, the overall experience was enjoyable and I look forward to returning for another meal.

3 dollars for coffee, bad customer relations. was pretty much told to go elsewhere if I wanted my breakfast cooked the way I wanted. charge for credit card. 2 people our bill was $28!! word gets out.................

Ordered the western omlette. Looked like a fair price until I was charged extra for cheese which is standard most everywhere else and had to pay $1.50 more for hash browns that are included at most places. I'll stick with going to Hickory Grove where for $7.75 I get the Denver omlette with cheese and potatoes( included).

Poor service. Tasteless grilled chicken sandwich. Plain. No seasoning or toppings. Soup not that good. Only one kind of soup.
Wouldn't let me substitute. A year ago this was a good place to eat. But not today. Poor waitress as well.

Food was horrible!! I ate there for breakfast 12 hours later I'm sick! Service sucked and the bus boy bitched about not being a server. I would want him serving if he can't clean the tables!!

I have eaten at this restaurant for many years. The food has always been good quality. However, it is currently under new management. I'm sure they have to work out the kinks. One thing that needs to be changed for certain is the breakfast sausage.
