The snoots at Big Mama's are the best I've ever had, always crispy and delicious, especially when paired with their house sauce. The ambiance is casual and friendly, making it a welcoming place to enjoy a meal, whether you choose to eat in or take out. I love supporting local businesses, and this one truly stands out with their fantastic BBQ and generous portions.

I live in Southern Alabama and when we come up to be with family Big Mama's is at the top of eateries that we don't have down there! Best Snoots ever ! Roll Tide !

Never have I ever had a good experience with Big Mama's BBQ on St.Clair Ave. I myself am NOT a regular/patron of the establishment, however my grandmother is and I am tasked with picking up her dinner. It doesn't seem to matter the time of day, whether or not you call the order in or place it at the window your wait will always be more than 30mins. The staff are seemingly poorly trained, or maybe it's because they all seem to be under the age on 14. A complete staff of children who would rather hold conversations in front of the drive thru window instead of greeting guests at sitting at the window. All of this is the normal every day operation here, but today however was a day that ended it all for me. After pulling up and letting the child in drive thru know that I am picking up a call in order and give her the name it was under, I was told to pull around. 40mins later, after I get to the window and she has charged me for the wrong meal. She then alerts me that she in fact DOESN'T have my order. The manager then confirms that he too does not have my order. I drove off completely irritated and trying to figure out what now my grandmother is going to eat. I call my grandmother to tell her of the issue, and she calls the restaurant and speaks to the manager; who then tells her that they had the food all along, I just gave them the wrong name. To come back and he will bring the food out to me. After returning, I then had to go in and WAIT an additional 15mins for my meal...that was supposedly waiting on me. This establishment isn't being ran correctly, their service is lack luster and it seems more like a daycare for tweens than a place of employment. Do Better!

Love the cue! Nice people equal good food. Snouts are on the 100th.. And rib tips are off the chain!
