Was told my order would be ready at 7:45. It's now 8:23. I work in the Industry so I get it. Buy at least be honest with your customers. It's not even otw yet! Wtf!!!!

Ate at the Blue Margaritas in Washington, Il the first week in Sept.2021 and it was great! Ate there again today with 7 friends and it was terrible! The waitress asked us at least 5 different times what we each ordered and at least 3 of the meals weren't correct and two were barely warm. I asked about my beef quesadilla that it wasn't the same as the last one I had there and ended up with a guy with glasses coming back with the waitress and informing me I was wrong and continued to raise his voice and told me he'd take it back. I said no it would be ok because there was no way I wanted to make a bigger scene because he doesn't have any people skills! Even though he later came back and took my plate and could definitely tell I didn't eat, he still charged me! He needs a little more training in dealing with customers! Never going back
