love the food

Oct 2020. I've eaten lunch there twice this week-- a Tuesday and a Wednesday. Both days the food (a grilled tenderloin and a 1/2 pound burger) was tasty and served hot.
I was particularly impressed with the grilled tenderloin. It was huge, tender, and with the optional grilled onion and Swiss cheese it was one of the tastiest sandwiches I've had. Two friends also had the grilled tenderloin and were equally impressed. A special bonus was that they had Boetje's dark mustard, which is produced locally.
The server was very friendly, and the food arrived quickly. The restaurant is large, clean, and interesting (set up to look like a Northwoods lodge). There also is a nice outside dining area.
