The food was exceptional, and despite the challenges with understaffing, the server did her best to ensure a pleasant experience. The prime rib was outstanding, the atmosphere was inviting, and the homemade dishes were truly delicious - definitely a place to return for a satisfying meal.

Place looked nice. But the salad bar looked disgusting old and brown. Our steak dinners arrived cold. One of the waitresses look like she was wearing tight underwear. Our fountain drink tasted flat. I would just say it was a totally bad experience all the way around. Especially for the price and that type atmosphere and service.

Both Soups tasted burnt and pork chops they had for the special was so burnt and dry. Past couple months the food has been aweful every week we go there. Salad bar is always bare. What happened? This used to be our favorite spot.

Ordered my food to go. Steak with sauteed onions twice baked potato and side salad and soup. Went to go pick up my food and looked at it. Steak didn't have my onions plus was missing my salad. I told the bartender name Kelli and she took off left me standing there for like 20 minutes. When she came back she had brought me a big box of onion rings and a big salad with roast beef and ham on it. I wasn't going to complain but then she wanted to charge me over $70.00 for my steak dinner. But she wanted to charge for the salad and onion rings. Why should I get charged for her mistake? I didn't even order that. But at least she went and got my sauteed onions and let me keep all that extra food for free. Didn't appreciate the wait. My food got cold waiting on her mistakes. I got home and found out my salad dressing was missing. So that salad was really dry without any dressing. My steak and twice baked potato was cold and so was those onion rings that turned soggy. Soup was about the only thing still warm. I didn't want to complain just warn people to make sure you check your order and make sure they don't over charge you.

Shouldn't take over 2 hours to our appetizer and get 2 chicken dinners. Asked about our food and they giggled and said they misplaced and forgot to turn in our ticket. Wasn't offered a discount or anything for the inconvenience.

Be prepared to wait waitresses are really sarcastic and slow never a manager around when you need one. Good food but very poor service from the employees.

Came in on a Wednesday night and the place was packed. Bartender Amanda said there may be a wait because there's only one cook Stefanie. We stayed anyway. But surprisingly our food came out really fast with hardly any wait at all. We had the all you can eat chicken strips and shrimp with salad bar. Food was hot fresh and delicious. We even got seconds. We will be back. Thank you Wagon Wheel very good job.We really enjoyed our visit.

Best food n town. Love AYCE shrimp and chicken Wednesday. Really like the new thinner batter on the shrimp. Been fast pleasant and enjoyable. I really loved how hot and fresh all the food tasted. Can tell it's all homemade and not boxed. Very impressive soup and salad bar as well.

Love eating here. But lately the soups been a real let down. Always the same thing. Sausage cabbage is way over cooked. Chicken noodle is flavorless and bland. Really liked the the broccoli and cheese or the stuffed pepper soup you had thru the winter months.
Maybe also try add some hot vegetarian style meals to the menu that's a little lower in calories and carbs.

Only been here maybe 4 times. And took awhile to get waited on. But I was surprised for only having one female cook in the kitchen. She sure had our food out in no time. Was hot and fresh and yummy. A true pleasure eating here this time. I definitely will be back. Hope I get the same cook next time. Was delicious.
