Waited 20 minutes to get to speaker one car in front of me got to the speaker she said be right with you 10 minutes later finally came back ask me what I wanted I ordered 2 chicken sandwiches then she tells me they have none wow real professional

The wait time from when I got on to the parking lot was about 25 minutes. In their defense there were probably 20 + cars in line. Once I was able to order the time it took me to get my order and leave was just under 6 minutes for a $30 order. Comparable to other restaurants and I was able to feed my family instead of getting 3 combo meals from the "Golden Arches." Over the speaker it seemed robotic but once at the window Nicole was awesome and I would take her to anyone of my restaurants to dazzle guest service.

Have gone to Popeye's in Collinsville several times with Grandsons during Coronavirus pandemic. Why don't workers wear their face masks?? They have face masks hanging under their chins!! How is this a safe practice??
