We usually eat in but today 11-4-22 we ordered to go. We should have known when no one would answer the phone, but we persisted and finally got through. When I arrived, there were quite a few agitated customers waiting way past their pickup time. I decided I'd be patient and waited a bit past my time but was happy to have my food. When I got home, which is only 7 minutes away, I found we were shorted a dozen wings. I called to see if I could get a credit for our next visit, but the phone went unanswered. I decided to drive back as I knew they'd probably not believe me a week later. When I went in there were 4 people at the host desk, I gave them my receipt and told them what I was shorted. I kind of thought one of them might apologize but one took the receipt and went in the back. While he was gone, I told the 3 that were left once I get these, I can go home to the rest of my food being cold. No response. I wasn't surprised. Then a sad thing happened, a couple walked in, this is around 8:00 PM and they're open till midnight and the host asks were you going to be ordering pizza? They said yes and the host told them sorry we were not taking any orders for pizza. The couple looked shocked, laughed and walked out. Well about then my wings came out and host finally said sorry. I told him it was a little late as it should have been the first thing I was told. He shrugged his shoulders and I let him know I've given them many great reviews but tonight would be a bad one. He once again shrugged his shoulders and went back with the other 3 hosts. When I got home the pizza was Lukewarm which is fine but unusually greasy compared to normal. The wings were good, so the food gets 3 stars and the service negative 3
