I indulged in the pastor Quesatacos and Tripitas, savoring every bite, while my wife enjoyed the taquitos combo which she found delightful. The salsa for the chips had a familiar homemade quality that reminded me of my mom's cooking, adding a comforting touch to our taco date in the reopened, inviting atmosphere of Salsa Verde. The variety of Americanized and authentic Mexican options, along with the friendly service and support for local schools, made this place a standout in my recent search for the best eats in the area.
