The breakfast spot I frequent on Sundays is always bustling, but the wait is worth it for the delicious food and spacious dining area that isn't too noisy. The staff is friendly and attentive, making every visit enjoyable and ensuring that the meals are served promptly and cooked to perfection.

From the minute my family walked in the door their was a young girl, middle age women and man.
All where very cold and not welcoming at all.
Waitress l very unhappy and our must had been the worse blond.
Food - Waffle was cold and hard = Eggs Cold = Hash browns seasoned might have been good if not cold. Coffee sucked.......... Took food home to reheat the next day, that's horrible
I do NOT Recommend this place at all.............

My husband and I were just at Crispy Waffle in Shorewood with out infant son. We were sat down by the manager and after 20 minutes of no one coming to our able to offer drinks or even take out order we decided to leave. We were the only African-American family in there which should mean nothing, but after seeing people who were sat down after us acknowledged and given drinks we started to feel like we were being discriminated against. My husband often visits this restaurant with our older boys and never have we felt so out of place. We left and patronized another restaurant that immediately acknowledge us and served us with a smile. As for Crispy Waffle, I'll never return there not when there are so many other restaurants who acknowledge you regardless of the color of your skin!

I always have great service and the food is amazing. I usually bring home a doggie bag because the portions are large and delicious. Everybody that visits from out of town I bring to Crispy Waffle and they have all enjoyed the food. Trust me they are worth the wait and honestly if there wasn't a wait then the food probably wouldn't be as good !!!
